1st Day Arrive Delhi.
DELHI: The capital city of Independent India , there are today two Delhi’s : Old Delhi - the city built by Shahjahan the man who built the Taj Mahal and New Delhi - built by the British in 1931. It is this juxtaposition of the Old and the New one which is one of the attraction of the capital. While the Old Delhi evokes a distinctly oriental atmosphere, New Delhi has wide avenues and imposing office buildings. Both the cities with monuments and mosques that can keep any tourist happy for days.

Sightseeing of Delhi and New Delhi visiting Ferozshah Kotla: Rajghat: Red Fort: Jama Masjid: Is the largest mosque in India, Chandni Chowk: Its nerve centre, is still a very busy commercial centre, and in its ancient, narrow lanes is kept alive the traditional workmanship, which makes Delhi famous.Lakshmi Narayan Temple: India Gate:Humayuns Tomb: Bahai Temple:Qutab Minar: Iron Pillar: A famous iron pillar of the 5th century, inside Qutub Minar complex. Rashtrapati Bhawan: It is the official residence of the President Of India, Central Secretariat Buildings: The Parliament House: This circular shaped colonnaded building houses the two houses of parliament - the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. Its doomed Central Hall is 90 feet in diameter.A drive through the Diplomatic Enclaves to see the various High Commissions. Overnight stay in hotel.
3rd Day
Transfer to the airport for flight to Leh. Leh is situated on the banks of the river Indus. Rest of the day free to acclimatise to high altitude and low oxygen levels in Leh. Overnight in hotel.
4th Day
Sightseeing tour of Shanti Stupa, Leh palace, Leh Gompa, and bazaar and excursion to Spituk, Phyang and Shankar Gompas. Overnight stay in Leh.
5th Day
Excursion to visit Shey, old summer palace with 12 feet statue of Buddha: Thikse, the superbly situated Monastery on a hilltop overlooking the village and the Indus river and Hemis Monastery the richest and the largest Monastery of the area. Also visit Gotsang at hemis.
Overnight stay in Leh.6th Day
Leh - Lamayuru – Alchi (194 kms / 6 – 7 hrs approx) Leave Leh for Lamayuru visiting enroute to visit lamayuru monastery and drive to Alchi. Overnight in Alchi.
7th Day
Alchi – Leh (64 kms / 2 hrs aprox) Morning visit Alchi monastery nd drive back to Leh, visitng enroute to visit Likir monastery and Basgo Castle. Overnight in Leh.
8th Day
Leh - Nubra (124 / 7 hrs approx) Leave Leh for Nubra valley crossing the worlds highest motorable road - the Khardungla pass ( 5570 m). The Nubra valley lies in the north of Leh and is accessible over the Khardungla (5570 M) which les 42 kms from Leh. Khardungla is the highest mortorable road in the world.The valley is on trade route from Leh to Kyagar via Saser and Karakoram passes and houses several Monasteries such as sumur (khagar) and 350 years old Dikshit Gompa, famous for its Murals.and also visit Samasthanling monastery and Panamik hot water spring. Overnight in Nubra.
9th Day Nubra - Leh
Depart Nubra for Leh visiting enroute to visit Diskit and Hunder gompas . Overnight in Leh.
10th Day Leh / Delhi (Flight)
Transfer to airport for flight for Delhi. Evening transfer to Railway Station for train to Pathankot Overnight in train.
11th Day
Arrive Pathankot and transfer to Dharamsala. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Hotel.12th Day
Full day sightseeing of Dharamsala City visiting St.John's Church in Wilderness, Maharana Pratap Saga, Nobulinka Institute, Tsug-La-Khang (Central Cathedral) Dall Lake, Karanje, Kunal Pathri, Moodabidri and Namgyal Monastery. Overnight in hotel.
13th Day
Half day meditation. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in hotel
14th day
Visit to Dalai Lama Monasterie. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in hotel
15th Day
Morning free. After lunch transfer to Pathankot Railway Station for train to Delhi.
16th Day
Arrive Delhi from Pathankot. In the evening transfer to airport for final departure from India.
